ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Quest 3x3 India website, operated by TERO INDIA LLP, and any registrations, forms, services or event-related facilities made available through it.

By accessing the website or submitting information through it, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use any functionality requiring your acceptance of them.

ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY.

You must have the legal capacity and authority necessary to submit a binding registration, purchase or other commitment through the website.

Where a participant is below the age at which they can independently enter into the relevant agreement, registration and participation must be completed or authorised by a parent, legal guardian or other person legally entitled to provide the required consent.

Where a participant is a minor, any required parent or legal guardian consent, age verification and identification must be completed before participation.

EVENT REGISTRATION.

Registration availability may depend on eligibility criteria, venue capacity, verification requirements or other event-specific conditions.

Submission of a registration form does not necessarily guarantee participation unless and until the registration has been accepted or confirmed by the organiser where confirmation is required.

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during registration is complete, accurate and current.

Player, team and contact details submitted during registration must be accurate.

02 ELIGIBILITY

Participants must satisfy the applicable event, eligibility and verification requirements.

03 CONFIRMATION

Participation may remain subject to confirmation, verification or payment where applicable.

FEES & PAYMENTS.

Where a registration, service or other offering requires payment, the applicable price and payment information will be displayed or otherwise communicated before the transaction is completed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Completion of a payment may therefore also be subject to the technical and operational processes of the relevant provider.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for ensuring that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION.

Event schedules, competition formats, venues, participating teams, activities and other operational arrangements may change where reasonably necessary.

If an event is postponed, materially changed or cancelled, relevant information will be communicated through the website, registered contact details or other appropriate communication channels.

Refunds or alternative arrangements, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the relevant registration terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & SAFETY.

Participants, teams, spectators, representatives and other attendees are expected to behave responsibly and follow applicable event rules, venue rules, safety instructions and directions of authorised event personnel.

Follow competition and venue rules.

Treat players, officials, staff and spectators respectfully.

Follow reasonable health and safety instructions.

Do not interfere with the safe operation of the event.

Where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity of competition, venue security or serious misconduct, the organiser may refuse entry, remove an attendee or take other appropriate action subject to applicable rules and law.

PHOTOGRAPHY, MEDIA & CONTENT.

Quest 3x3 India events may be photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise documented for legitimate event, editorial, promotional, broadcast and social-media purposes.

Where specific consent or authorisation is required for a participant, including where applicable for minors, the relevant consent process should be completed before that content is used in a manner requiring such consent.

Accredited media, photographers and content creators may also be subject to separate accreditation rules and event access requirements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Unless otherwise indicated, website materials including branding, graphics, layouts, text, photographs, videos and other original content are owned by, licensed to or used with authorisation by their respective rights holders.

You may access website content for normal personal and informational use.

Names, logos, event graphics, brand elements, trade marks and other identifiers displayed in connection with Quest 3x3 India may be protected and may be owned by or used under licence from their respective rights holders. No right to use those marks is granted except with the relevant rights holder’s permission or where permitted by applicable law.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or materially modify protected content without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law.
