This policy explains how TERO INDIA LLP handles cancellations, refunds, duplicate payments and event changes for Quest 3x3 India registrations and related transactions.

Registration, participation and other event-related payments may be subject to specific terms communicated during the registration or payment process. Those terms should be read together with this policy.

POLICY OVERVIEW.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through or in connection with the Quest 3x3 India website, operated by TERO INDIA LLP, including eligible event registrations and other paid participation opportunities.

Refund eligibility may depend on the payment type, circumstances of the cancellation and any specific terms communicated when the transaction was completed.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS.

If you wish to cancel a registration or another eligible booking, please contact TERO INDIA LLP as soon as possible using the contact facility provided on this website.

A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. The request will be reviewed according to the applicable registration terms and the circumstances of the transaction.

Name used for the registration or payment.

CONTACT DETAILS

Email address or phone number associated with the registration.

TRANSACTION DETAILS

Registration reference, transaction ID or payment proof.

REQUEST DETAILS

A short explanation of the cancellation or refund request.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY.

Refunds are not automatic upon submission of a cancellation request. Eligibility will depend on the nature of the registration or transaction and the terms applicable at the time of payment.

REGISTRATION TERMS

The terms shown during registration or payment may determine whether a particular payment is refundable.

CASE-BY-CASE REVIEW

Where no specific refund condition has been stated, requests may be reviewed based on the circumstances.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, you will be informed of the applicable amount and the method of processing.

EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION.

Sporting events may occasionally be affected by circumstances that require changes to schedules, venues, formats or other event arrangements.

EVENT CANCELLED

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, affected registered participants will be informed of the applicable refund, credit or alternative arrangement.

EVENT POSTPONED

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, existing registrations may remain valid for the revised date unless otherwise communicated.

VENUE / SCHEDULE CHANGE

Reasonable changes to event timing, schedule, participating teams, format or venue will be communicated through appropriate channels.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Where an event is affected by circumstances outside reasonable organisational control, available options will be communicated after the situation has been assessed.

DUPLICATE & FAILED PAYMENTS.

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, or money was debited despite an unsuccessful registration, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

We may ask for payment confirmation, transaction identifiers or other information necessary to verify the payment before a refund request can be processed.

In some cases, an unsuccessful or interrupted payment may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment service provider without requiring a refund from the organiser.

REFUND PROCESSING.

Where a refund has been approved, it will ordinarily be processed using the original payment method where technically possible.

Once an approved refund is initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, issuing bank or payment service provider.

The applicable refund-processing timeline will be communicated with the approval or refund confirmation. Bank or payment-provider settlement times may apply after initiation.

You may be asked to provide additional information if the original payment method cannot be used or if verification is required before processing.

SPONSORS, PARTNERS & MEDIA.

Sponsorships, commercial partnerships, media arrangements and other separately negotiated engagements may be governed by individual agreements, proposals, confirmations or contracts.

Where such separate terms exist, the cancellation and refund provisions contained in the relevant agreement will apply to that engagement.
